注册操作流程

Registration instructions：

1. 网络注册：2025年1月5日上午10点开放网络注册，1月12日和19日提供现场注册服务。
   
   Online Registration: Opens at 10 AM on Jan. 5, 2025. On-site registration is available on Jan. 12 and Jan. 19.
   
   

2. 创建账户：首次使用请创建用户 (Create Account)，输入所需信息并提交。务必填写常用的电子邮箱地址，这是学校与您联系的主要方式，课程安排信息也将通过该邮箱发送。
   
   Create an Account: First-time users should create an account, input the required information, and submit it. Be sure to use a frequently checked email address, as it will be the primary way the school communicates with you, including sending class schedule updates.
   
   

3. 往届学生：中文课请根据上学期的任课教师选择班级。
   
   Returning Students: Select your Chinese class grade level based on the teacher you had last semester.
   
   

4. 添加学生：注册后可以为账户添加多个学生。根据提示为每位学生选择课程并注册。
   
   Adding Students: After creating an account, you can add multiple students. Follow the prompts to enroll each student in their desired classes.
   
   

5. 使用筛选器：按照网站提示操作，在选课页面使用“Class Filters”可以快速查找需要的课程。
   
   Class Filters: Use the "Class Filters" on the website to quickly find courses during the selection process.
   
   

6. 课程选择：选定课程后将加入购物车，只有成功付款后，注册才算完成。
   
   Course Selection: Selected classes will appear in your cart. Registration is complete only after successful payment.
   
   

7. 课程变更或取消：开学两周内可以改课或取消课程。家长可登录网络账户提交变更请求，通常在1-2个工作日内收到回复。1月19日之后将不再接受任何课程变更请求。
   
   Course Changes/Cancellations: Changes or cancellations can be made within the first two weeks of the semester. Submit change requests via your online account and expect a response within 1–2 business days. No changes are allowed after Jan. 19, 2025.
   
   

8. 学费说明：
   
   

   • 中文课程：每学期$240。

   • 活动课程：每节课$120。

   • 高级课程：具体费用请参见网站说明。

   • 本学期不提供折扣，学期过半后学费减半。
     
     

Tuition Fees:

• Chinese classes: $240 per semester.

• Activity classes: $120 per session.

• Advanced course fees: See the website for details.

• No discounts are available for this semester. Tuition is half-price after the mid-semester.
  
  

9. 支付选项：付款时可选择使用信用卡或账户余额支付。具体付款界面请参见下图。
   
   Payment Options: You can pay using a credit card or credits from your account balance. Refer to the payment interface illustration provided.

11. 逾期付款：逾期付款将收取$30的滞纳金。

Late Payment: A late fee of $30 will be charged for overdue payments.
